However, in the unlikely event that your custom item arrives with a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assess the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping will vary based on weight, distance and delivery time. You are responsible for selecting the shipping method during checkout. We do our best to ensure you're receiving the cheapest rate possible and combine shipping on orders with multiple products to help save you save money. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages although we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within a timely manner.
